2. Purchases, Invoicing & Merchant of Record

Orders and payments for standard self-serve digital downloads, toolkits, and publications are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., acting as our Merchant of Record. By placing an order for standard digital toolkits, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

For high-ticket B2B consulting, club academy transformations, and enterprise packages, invoicing and payments are executed directly via institutional contracts and direct SWIFT International Bank Wire Transfer or formal corporate invoicing.

3. License Grant & Commercial Scope

Upon purchase of a self-serve digital toolkit or spreadsheet OS, Emergent Dynamics grants you a personal or internal coaching staff license. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publicly share digital copies. Enterprise clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive internal organization-wide license as specified in their formal Service Level Agreement (SLA).

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and publications provide educational frameworks on Ecological Dynamics, systems design, and leadership. All materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability
